About Yellow Way Inc.
Yellow Way Inc. is an international logistics company connecting the United States and Uzbekistan through reliable cross-border shipping solutions. Our ecosystem enables customers to purchase products from the U.S., send personal packages, and support the growing e-commerce market. With more than 30,000 customers and ambitious expansion plans across Central Asia and the CIS region, we are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational growth.
About the Role
As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the company's operational infrastructure. Working directly with the CEO and executive leadership, you will establish efficient business processes, optimize logistics operations, and ensure operational excellence as the company continues its rapid growth.
This is a unique opportunity to build a high-growth logistics company from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's operational strategy.
- Build scalable operational systems and business processes.
- Lead and optimize logistics and fulfillment operations.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality across all departments.
- Design KPIs and performance management systems.
- Implement automation and technology-driven operational improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor operational performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience and operational reliability.
- Support expansion into new markets across Central Asia and the CIS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, courier services, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience building and scaling operational processes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international logistics or cross-border shipping.
- Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- Experience implementing ERP, CRM, or operational management systems.
- Background in process automation and business optimization.
