Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations and security personnel.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property.
- Monitor security systems, CCTV, and access control procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches.
- Prepare incident reports and security documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills.
- Train and guide security team members.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with local authorities when necessary.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
- Good leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good report-writing and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform security duties.
