Procurement Engineer

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement experience in EPC/construction projects; experience with subcontractor/delegated procurement is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RFQ/RFP, TBE/CBE processes, vendor evaluation, contract flow-down requirements, and expediting.
• Working knowledge of logistics/customs processes, certification requirements, and local content compliance (where applicable).
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/Procurement systems and planning tools is an advantage.
