We are seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to lead and transform the operational platform of a large-scale, asset-intensive business. This is a pivotal leadership role with a direct impact on performance, scalability, and long-term value creation.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience;
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles with oversight of manufacturing and supply chain functions;
• Strong track record in managing complex manufacturing and distribution organizations;
• Experience operating in multi-site environments;
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse operational teams;
• Deep expertise across production, logistics, procurement, and integrated planning;
• Solid experience in operational budgeting, productivity management, and KPI governance;
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation and efficiency improvement initiatives;
• Strong understanding of inventory management and working capital optimization;
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and HR;
• Exposure to digital transformation and ERP-enabled operating environments.
