Organize and coordinate international multimodal shipments

Key Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate international multimodal shipments
Manage container transportation by sea, rail, road, and combined modes
Communicate with clients, shipping lines, carriers, agents, and overseas partners
Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation
Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery
Handle operational issues and find effective solutions during transportation
Calculate transportation costs and work with freight rates
Ensure timely and accurate communication with all parties involved

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in international logistics / freight forwarding
Practical experience with multimodal and container transportation
Good understanding of international shipping processes and documentation
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage shipments independently
Good knowledge of Uzbek and Russian
English is a strong advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
