Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
Design intuitive mobile and web experiences using Figma.
Work closely with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership to define and improve product features.
Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into user-friendly product experiences.
Create user flows, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Participate in product discovery and feature prioritization.
Write clear product requirements and collaborate with the development team during implementation.
Monitor released features, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product.
Take ownership of product decisions and contribute ideas that create business value.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Experience designing complete digital products rather than only individual screens.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present and defend design decisions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
