CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

CFO with Accounting experience

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the finance function (accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A);
• Budgeting, financial planning, and performance management;
• Cash flow and working capital management;
• CAPEX planning and control within large-scale investment projects;
• Development and implementation of financial processes, controls, and policies;
• Financial reporting to shareholders and stakeholders;
• Supporting strategic decision-making and business expansion.

• 10+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles;
• Strong background in financial controlling, FP&A, and reporting;
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (manufacturing, agro, mining, FMCG, etc.) is highly preferred;
• Proven experience with budgeting, cost control, and investment projects;
• Experience in international companies or joint ventures is a plus;
• Fluent English.
