Junior HR Coordinator

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HR team across multiple initiatives and projects

Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including room bookings, catering, training materials, badges, merchandise, and other organizational arrangements

Manage learning administration by maintaining participant lists, calendars, attendance records, reports, and training documentation

Prepare and distribute internal communications, reminders, and training-related updates while coordinating with participants and stakeholders

Support vendor coordination, purchase requests, contracts, invoices, and other administrative processes related to learning activities

Maintain and update internal learning resources, internal pages, training calendars, and learning content
