Responsibilities:
- Look for suppliers and draft contracts with suppliers;
- Interpret between English and Russian/Uzbek;
- Coordinate with Uzbek suppliers and employees;
- Visit construction sites and monitor work progress on site;
- Communicate with construction workers, technical staffs, and project managers on site;
- Check on properties and buildings to identify building issues, such as water disruptions, wall cracks, paint peeling off, etc.
- Purchase building materials from markets;
- Manage files by naming and categorizing them and putting them into the correct folders;
- Use formulas to create Excel files to accurately track a variety of corporate taxes to be paid and the payments already made;
- Other ad hoc assignments.
- Proficient in Word and Excel;
- Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek;
- High interpersonal and communication skills;
- Hard-working, resouceful, creative, and reliable.
