American Logistics Fleet Specialist (after hours)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and managing the company’s fleet of trucks
• Coordinating truck maintenance, repairs, PM services, inspections, and roadside assistance
• Tracking vehicle conditions and ensuring trucks are safe and ready for operation
• Communicating with drivers regarding breakdowns, maintenance issues, inspections, and equipment concerns
• Coordinating with repair shops, dealerships, mobile mechanics, and towing companies
• Monitoring DOT compliance, including inspections, safety requirements, and required vehicle documentation
• Tracking maintenance records, repair history, parts, and service schedules for each unit
• Identifying recurring vehicle issues and helping reduce downtime and maintenance costs
• Managing and updating fleet-related documentation and reports
• Supporting drivers and operations by resolving equipment-related issues quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in American logistics (Fleet)
• Advanced proficiency in English and Russian.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized software.
• Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
