💻 Part-Time Remote HVAC Engineer
Type: Part-Time | Location: Remote
Scope: HVAC Design, Load Calculations & Drafting
📋 Key Responsibilities
Design & Calculations: Perform heat load, duct sizing, and airflow calculations (HAP, Trace 700, or equivalent).
3D Modeling & Drafting: Create 2D/3D HVAC layout drawings and schematics using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
Documentation: Prepare equipment schedules, and technical specifications.
Coordination: Align HVAC designs remotely with architectural, structural, and piping teams.
🎯 Short Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years in HVAC system design.
Software: Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and load calculation software.
Standards: Strong understanding of standard building/MEP codes (e.g., ASHRAE).
Setup: Reliable internet connection, powerful workstations capable of running Revit/CAD, and strong written English skills.
