Junior Event Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Junior Event Specialist to join KPMG's Marketing team in Almaty. In this role, you will support the organization of internal and external events, coordinate event logistics and administrative processes, and provide operational support to the Marketing team.

• Provide administrative and operational support in organizing internal and external events, including coordination with contractors, deliveries, guest lists, and event materials.
• Support payment processes related to marketing activities, including invoices, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Maintain records of marketing expenses, payments, membership fees, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, including external events, contacts, and client gifts.
• Coordinate event logistics, including delivery of materials, gifts, printed materials, and branded merchandise.
• Maintain the annual marketing activities planner and coordinate employee photo sessions.
• Monitor branded merchandise inventory and support procurement activities.
• Conduct information searches and prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for the Marketing team.
