Electrical Engineer

Yashil Ferma JV LLC is a Hungarian–Uzbek joint venture building a vertically integrated poultry cluster in Syrdarya region — broiler farms, hatchery, feed mill, cold storage and processing plant. We are hiring an Electrical Engineer to take the electrical systems from construction and commissioning through to long-term operation.

Responsibilities:

• Review electrical design and supervise contractor installations across all site facilities
• Lead testing, energisation and commissioning of MV/LV networks, transformers, switchgear and MCCs
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems (Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley) controlling climate, ventilation, feeding and alarms
• Ensure reliable backup power — UPS, ATS, diesel generators — for cooling and control-critical processes
• Build and run the preventive maintenance programme: inspections, thermographic surveys, fault diagnosis, root-cause analysis
• Apply hygiene and food-safety requirements to electrical design — cleanable cable routes, IP-rated luminaires, stainless enclosures for CIP areas
• Enforce electrical safety standards, LOTO and work-permit procedures; maintain as-built documentation and spare-parts records

• Degree in Electrical, Power, or Electrical & Automation Engineering
• 3–5+ years in an industrial environment (food processing, agro-industry or manufacturing preferred)
• Hands-on experience with MV/LV distribution, motor control and standby generation
• Working knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems
• AutoCAD and/or EPLAN; confident reading single-line diagrams and control wiring drawings
• Valid electrical safety clearance group III–V (Uzbek regulations)
• Russian and/or Uzbek; English B1 minimum (B2 preferred) — required for JV coordination
• Willingness to be based at the Syrdarya production site

• Energy-management and power-quality monitoring
