Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

Conduct technical supervision on behalf of the Client over construction and installation works at civil and industrial sites
Verify that completed work complies with approved design and cost estimates, working drawings, SNiP/SP and GOST standards, and technical regulations
Check the quality of materials, products and structures; carry out incoming inspections and certification of concealed works
Review and approve contractor value-engineering proposals, ensuring quality and reliability are not compromised
Coordinate daily with contractors and monitor compliance with deadlines, schedule and budget limits
Resolve technical issues arising during construction and report deviations from the project promptly
Participate in working and acceptance committees; liaise with state construction supervision authorities, design supervision and expert review bodies
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports covering progress, violations and risks for management
Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety, industrial safety and fire safety requirements on site
Review and analyse architectural and structural design documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering or technical supervision
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building standards (SNiP, GOST) and regulatory compliance in Uzbekistan
Proven ability to control project quality, timelines and site safety compliance
Excellent technical problem-solving and coordination skills with contractors and stakeholders
AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project and Microsoft Office
Fluent Uzbek and English (Russian an advantage)
Willingness to be based at the Syrdarya production site
Advantageous
Experience in agriculture or poultry industry projects
Professional certification in construction supervision, HSE or project management
