Logistics Fleet Specialist

53 Group is looking for an experienced Fleet Specialist to join its team. You will keep the company's trucks running: monitor equipment, coordinate with drivers, and make sure maintenance and documentation are always up to date.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle status
• Communicate with drivers on schedules, assignments, and issues
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, follow up until resolved
• Keep fleet records and documentation updated on TMS
• Prepare reports for the Fleet department
• Guide drivers through daily pre-trip inspections (PTI)
• Review inspection photos and reports, spot defects

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance in US trucking
• Good command of English, Russian
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Confident computer skills
• Proper CV with proof of working experience
