Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded FP&A Manager to support business growth through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

The role will work closely with senior management and operational teams across our restaurant business, providing financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and rolling financial projections.
• Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial performance dashboards.
• Analyze sales, food cost, labor cost, operating expenses, EBITDA, and profitability across brands and restaurants.
• Identify key business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare financial analysis for new restaurant openings, expansions, and business initiatives.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve financial performance.
• Monitor key KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
• Improve and automate financial reporting and planning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and/or other BI tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of P&L and key business performance indicators.
• Experience in retail, QSR, FMCG, hospitality, or multi-unit businesses is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate financial data into clear business insights.
• English proficiency is preferred.
