Social Media Manager ( менеджер по социальным сетям)

A large international company requires Social Media Manager

Strategy:

• Social Media strategy development & execution
• Relevant KPI definition & target setting for the projects/initiatives within scope of work
• Managing CIS countries to ensure brand consistency in social media stratagy and execution, managing reporting and workflow processes

Execution:

• Managing efficient partner agency collaboration to create content plan, produce content for Social media and manage community in Social Media
• Managing Company's channels in Social Media (incl. direct posting in official channels in TikTok, Vk, OK, TG, Zen, Youtube, etc)
• Development and execution of special projects
• HQ cooperation, overlooking HQ guidance and content policies execution
• Cross-functional collaboration for content creation and distribution (with other business departments and other owned channels)
• Analytics and performance monitoring
• Reports preparation (monthly, ad hoc)
• Budget planning and control by project

• Project management skills
• Overall brand/marketing understanding
• Creative thinking
• Negotiation/communication skills is a must
• Team player and efficient collaborator

Requirements:

• Higher Education - prefferable Marketing, PR
• FLUENT ENGLISH AS A MUST (not lower than B2 level)
• Relevant work experience 5 years as a minimum (candidates with less work experience will not be considered)
• Work experience in sicial media (VK, TG, YT is a must).

Conditions

• Monthly salary + semi-annual bonus (depends on KPI's)
