Senior Flutter Developer

Persona.ly is a global company with machine learning-based products in the mobile marketing field. It has representations in Russia, India, South Korea, Japan, and its headquarters are in Israel. Persona.ly is looking for a Flutter developer to join the development of a brand-new mobile app (from scratch!).

As the first and only Flutter developer in the development team of our new app (B2C), you’ll have the responsibility and challenge to develop the app from scratch, while being part of a profitable global start-up company that moves fast and gives real value.

Essential skills

• Commercial experience with Flutter — must.
• Significant experience developing applications that came to production — must.
• Experience optimizing apps for low-end devices or older Android devices.
• High level of Russian and English for daily communication.
• Start-up state of mind — accountability, ownership, and sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude.

The hiring model is based on a full-scope and long-term contracting agreement, which requires registration as an IE/IP (Individual Entrepreneur) to issue monthly invoices.
