Logistics Specialist

- Coordinate domestic and international import shipments

- Ensure timely and accurate customs clearance of goods in compliance with local regulations

- Prepare, review and maintain import/export and customs documentation

- coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers and warehouse

- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation and customs-related issues

- Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate shipment records, ccd reconciliation report, HS code registration

- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements and company policies

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, NERP) and EDI tracking.
• Strong knowledge of HS code classification and import regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with regulatory bodies and brokers.
• High attention to detail to prevent customs delays
• Excellent writing skills in both Russian and English
