• Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners in the Iranian market.
• Managing and developing relationships with existing partners.
• Growing and scaling the affiliate network within the GEO.
• Maintaining regular communication with partners and supporting ongoing traffic launches.
• Identifying new opportunities for partnership and traffic growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming / gambling / betting.
• Strong understanding of the Iranian market and its specifics.
• Fluent Farsi — required.
• Existing network of affiliate partners in the region.
• Experience working on the advertiser/product side.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of Russian.
• Strong existing relationships with local iGaming affiliates and traffic partners.
