Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics across our growing portfolio of international F&B brands.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations.
• Ensure timely supply of food, packaging, equipment, and other materials.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchasing plans, and product availability.
• Optimize procurement and logistics costs.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other departments.
• Manage warehouse and logistics processes.
• Develop supply chain reports and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team.
• Support supply requirements for new restaurant openings.

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Purchasing, preferably in F&B, retail, or FMCG.
• Strong supplier negotiation and management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Russian; Uzbek is an advantage.
