Head of Marketing/Руководитель отдела маркетинга

REVO is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing of our seven product and business directions and manage our internal media team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement REVO’s overall marketing strategy.
• Create positioning and go-to-market plans for new digital products.
• Manage marketing activities across all seven REVO directions.
• Lead SMM, SNS, content marketing and social media management.
• Manage the media team by setting tasks, deadlines and KPIs.
• Plan and coordinate campaigns with bloggers and influencers.
• Manage marketing budgets, paid advertising and targeting.
• Analyse campaign results and report key marketing metrics.
• Work closely with product managers, sales teams and company leadership.
• Maintain consistent branding and communication across all products.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital or product marketing.
• Experience promoting digital products, technology services or applications.
• Strong knowledge of SMM, content management and digital advertising.
• Experience creating marketing strategies and launching new products.
• Ability to manage teams, budgets, campaigns and several projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• Fluent Uzbek; Russian or English is required. Knowledge of both is an advantage.
