Finance Controller (International pharmaceutical Company)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare management reporting, performance analysis and financial insights.
• Monitor P&L, OPEX, costs, KPIs and business performance.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to local management and key functions.
• Identify risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, financial scenarios and recommendations.
• Drive process improvement, automation and finance transformation projects.
• Collaborate with regional and global Finance teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting, preferably in an international company.
• Strong experience in FP&A, controlling, reporting, forecasting and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L, OPEX, profitability and KPIs.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP required; Power BI is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Strong analytical, communication and business partnering skills.
• Pharma and international experience would be an advantage.
