E&I Project Engineer (Tengiz 28/28)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage small and medium-sized capital projects in the oil & gas industry.
• Develop and review electrical and instrumentation engineering documentation.
• Prepare drawings, technical specifications and scopes of work using AutoCAD.
• Manage project budget, schedule, procurement and construction activities.
• Coordinate project teams and monitor project execution.
• Control costs, schedule, quality and HSE requirements.
• Prepare project progress reports and management presentations.
• Support projects from concept through commissioning and handover.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in oil & gas / petrochemical construction and project execution.
• Strong experience in Electrical and Instrumentation engineering.
• Knowledge of international and local engineering standards.
• AutoCAD and engineering documentation experience.
• Russian and English — intermediate level
