Responsibilities:

Organization and coordination of project logistics and transportation operations.
Organization of heavy haul, oversized, and special cargo transportation.\
Planning transportation routes considering restrictions, permits, and project requirements.
Coordination of vehicles, drivers, accompanying services, and other resources.
Monitoring transportation schedules and ensuring the timely delivery of cargo.
Arranging required permits and transportation documentation.
Coordination of international and domestic transportation activities.
Prompt resolution of issues and non-standard situations arising during transportation.
Monitoring downtime, delays, additional costs, and compliance with budget requirements.
Coordinating the work of the operations team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preparing operational reports and analyzing transportation performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
Experience in organizing heavy haul and oversized cargo transportation.
Experience in managing an operations team.
Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Good knowledge of international and domestic transportation processes.
Experience with route planning, permits, accompanying services, and transport documentation.
Fluent in Russian and English.
