Head of Product

ROLE PURPOSE

Lead discovery and development of new and existing digital financial products for the selected market together with a dedicated product team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for product KPIs (e.g. such as MAU, conversion rates, retention, LTV) and selected P&L metrics (revenue, profit margin, etc)
• Track industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs via research and data analysis.
• Come up with product initiatives in line with the company strategic goals and justify them with a business case.
• Manage product management team.
• Drive product/features development—from conception to launch—with in-house IT team.

• Experience with digital B2C or SMB products
• Good understanding of web and mobile app technologies
• Understanding of UX principles
• Hands-on with analytical tools
• Experience with financial or lending products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education:

• Technical or Financial background.
• English C1 (decent spoken fluency) or better.

Experience Target:

• At least 5 years of product management experience in online, finance, insurance, or/and e-commerce.
• At least 3 years team management experience
• Experience in the fintech sector
