HR Specialist (MyHR Specialist)

At Air Products, we are committed to crafting an outstanding employee experience. We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our regional MyHR Team and support employees and managers across Uzbekistan.

As a key team member, you will be the main contact for complex HR inquiries and critical issues. You will work closely with our Global Capability Center (GCC), HR Leaders, HR Partners, and Centers of Expertise to provide high-quality HR support and improve processes continuously.

• Manage and resolve complex HR cases and critical issues related to policies, procedures, employee lifecycle activities, compensation & benefits, and HR systems.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and other HR programs while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
• Provide expert mentorship to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and country-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee data and support HR systems, including Workday, ServiceNow, and 1C.
• Analyze blocking issue trends, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the GCC to improve service quality and reduce future blocking issues.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor, partnering with key collaborators to drive solutions and deliver operational excellence.

• 5+years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or HR Business Support.
• Experience handling complex HR cases, employee relations matters, and critical issues.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle programs, and HR service delivery models.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or 1C.
• Excellent communication, collaborator management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in an international, matrixed setting and partner across HR functions.
• A continuous improvement approach and passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience.
• Fluency in Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
