Room Division Manager

Responsibilities:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in Front Office or Rooms Division.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent position.
Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Rooms Division operations.
Excellent knowledge of guest service, complaint handling, and guest satisfaction.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and evaluate team members.
Able to conduct team briefings, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Good understanding of hotel SOPs and service standards, with the ability to ensure consistent implementation.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and during high-occupancy periods.
Proficient in using Hotel PMS and standard office applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong focus on guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional, disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively with different departments and teams.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel or international-standard hotel is highly preferred.
Experience in hotel pre-opening is an advantage.
Additional language skills are considered a plus.
