Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming rental inquiries;
• Consult clients and organize property viewings;
• Inspect properties prior to guest check-in to ensure they meet client expectations;
• Negotiate and close premium property rental agreements, including preparing and coordinating all required documentation and terms;
• Coordinate the entire rental process, from the initial inquiry through contract signing;
• Provide exceptional client support throughout the rental journey and promptly resolve any issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• At least half of year of experience in the Phuket property rental market;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Excellent knowledge of Phuket, especially the northern part of the island;
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required;
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
