Technical support specialist (1st line)

In this role, you’ll communicate with customers via chat and phone, help resolve product-related questions, and work closely with the QA team to identify and report bugs. You’ll also follow up on customer issues to make sure they are properly resolved.

What you’ll be doing

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via chat and phone
• Help customers resolve questions related to the Altegio platform
• Identify and register bugs and technical issues
• Pass bugs to the QA team with all necessary details
• Follow up on customer issues and make sure they are properly addressed

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in technical support, CRM/ERP systems, or a technical background will be an advantage
