Business Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support a senior leader by improving workflows, introducing AI and automation solutions, and providing analytical support.

As a Business Operations Specialist, You Will:

• Analyze and optimize existing workflows and operational processes.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation and AI-powered solutions, including AI agents.
• Develop and maintain processes, controls, and operating procedures.
• Collect and analyze operational data, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Research and implement AI, automation, and productivity tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc analytical and operational projects for senior management.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience with process optimization, automation, or operational improvement.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Power Automate, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to independently identify problems, structure tasks, and implement solutions.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• English — B2 or above.
