The opportunity

We are looking for a Staff / Advanced Staff in Business Consulting (Banking / Customer Transformation) to join our team in Tashkent.

In this role, you will work with banks and financial institutions on transformation projects focused on business analysis, process optimization, operating model design, customer experience improvement, and financial modeling. You will be involved in client-facing projects, research activities, and development of practical solutions that support business transformation.

• Participate in banking and customer transformation projects across retail, SME, and corporate banking

• Analyze banking processes, operating models, organizational structures, and performance metrics

• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and interviews with client representatives

• Develop financial and operational models, including business cases, scenario analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and FTE/capacity models

• Support process optimization initiatives, customer journey redesign, and target operating model development

• Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical materials for clients and project teams

• Participate in client meetings and workshops and support junior team members

What we look for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, financial services, transformation, business analysis, or related areas

• Understanding of banking products, customer segments, and key banking operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with financial and operational data

• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling

• Ability to prepare structured presentations and client-ready materials in PowerPoint

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in banking transformation, operational excellence, process optimization, or operating model projects

• Knowledge of management reporting, KPI analysis, budgeting, FTP, or cost allocation methodologies

• Experience working with CRM systems, banking platforms, or data analytics tools

• Previous experience in consulting firms or project-based environments
