Field Force Manager

• Achieve set targets (SO) for all related Categories via strong cooperation with Key Account Manager and effective internal cross-department communication
• Build and support productive relationship with whole FF team
• Understand and explain product features, benefits and promotions;
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately: process sales, returns, exchanges, payments
• Identify and respond to customer complaints
• Weekly competitor's action analysis and Promoters daily report check

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Retail management experience not less than 2 years, Consumer Electronics industry is advantage
• Advanced understanding of English and Russian languages
