Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's overall safety and DOT compliance program
• Oversee accident and incident investigations and corrective actions
• Monitor and improve CSA scores and safety performance
• Work closely with dispatch, fleet, HR, and management to maintain safe operations
• Train, coach, and hold drivers and safety staff accountable for compliance

• 3+ years of experience in American ​​​​​​trucking safety, DOT compliance, or fleet safety management
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills​​​​​​​
