Senior Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage local and international procurement of raw materials, goods, services, and works to support production, office operations, and marketing activities.
Receive and process purchase requests from internal departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative bid analyses.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions; arrange supplier contracts and monitor their execution.
Create and manage purchase orders in SAP, place orders with suppliers, and follow up on order confirmations and delivery schedules.
Coordinate import shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers; prepare and verify documents required for customs clearance.
Handle supplier claims related to quality, shortages, delays, or other discrepancies, including preparing formal claim correspondence and following up on resolution.
Monitor market conditions, identify alternative suppliers, and pursue cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports for management.
Carry out additional procurement and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Practical experience in local and international purchasing, shipment coordination, and import documentation.
Strong supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management skills.
Good working knowledge of SAP purchasing processes and strong Excel skills.
Ability to prepare comparative bid analyses, maintain procurement documentation, and produce clear reports.
Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve non-routine issues.
Good command of English, Russian, and Uzbek, both written and spoken.
