- Own the cash and money markets business plan, balance-growth strategy and P&L. Segment institutional, corporate and eligible direct-client demand, and determine which products solve each customer’s liquidity needs.
- Source and negotiate fund managers, distribution platforms, custodians and cash-sweep partners. Agree share classes, account eligibility, minimums, fees, permitted remuneration, dealing cutoffs, settlement and access to product data.
- Design transparent client yield and B2PRIME revenue models, including platform fees, sweep economics, FX conversion and funding costs. Test sensitivity to interest rates, client balances, redemptions and service costs.
- Work with Legal and Compliance on fund distribution, investor eligibility, consent, disclosures, conflicts and client asset treatment. Distinguish fund units, bank deposits, brokerage cash and direct debt securities in contracts and the user experience.
- Deliver subscriptions, redemptions, NAV processing, interest accrual, cash movements, statements and reconciliations with Operations and Engineering. Define what is withdrawable, investable or available as trading buying power at each stage.
- Agree liquidity, concentration and counterparty controls with Risk and Treasury. Establish escalation for delayed redemptions, bank or fund restrictions, rate changes and pricing errors; quantify any financing provided before settlement.
- Build B2B distribution and the direct-client cash proposition with Sales and Marketing. Train relationship managers and Support, recruit the required expertise, monitor retention and service issues and improve the product after launch.
