Обязанности:
- Assisting in the procurement process for goods and services required by the organization.
- Researching potential suppliers and vendors to identify cost-effective and reliable options.
- Requesting and collecting quotations, bids, and proposals from suppliers.
- Evaluating supplier proposals based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Assisting with the creation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as department heads and finance teams to understand their procurement needs.
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement.
- Experience no less 1-2 years
- Higher economic education
- Knowledge of the English language is preferable.
- Almaty office. 5/2, 8 hours
