Logistics Group Manager

Goal is to strengthen the logistics function, improve supply chain performance, optimize transportation and warehouse expenditures, and ensure reliable inbound and outbound logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

• Lead and develop the Logistics Department team
• Manage international and domestic transportation activities
• Coordinate and oversee cooperation with freight forwarders, transportation providers, customs brokers, and other logistics service partners
• Monitor warehouse operations, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of logistics processes and costs
• Develop, implement, and monitor departmental KPIs
• Identify, assess, and manage supply chain risks
• Prepare analytical and management reports for senior management
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Candidate Profile and Requirements:

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain management
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing a logistics team or department
• Proven experience in organizing and managing international transportation, including road, air, rail, and multimodal shipments
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and foreign trade procedures
• Experience in logistics budget management and implementation of cost optimization initiatives
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external service providers and contractors
• Practical experience with ERP systems such as 1C, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or above to support communication with international partners
• Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, accountability, and results-driven approach
