QA Specialist(ERP)

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist for Odoo ERP to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Odoo implementation. The QA Specialist will design and execute test cases, identify issues, and collaborate with developers, consultants, and business users to deliver a seamless ERP experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases for Odoo modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, etc.).

• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Validate customizations, configurations, and third-party integrations.

• Identify, document, and monitor bugs/defects; collaborate with developers and consultants to fix them.

• Ensure data migration accuracy and verify workflows/processes across modules.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Hands-on experience with ERP testing, API testing, and data validation.

• Odoo testing framework is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
