Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Manage key accounts and develop new retail channels.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, margins, payment terms, and exclusive agreements.
• Manage sales performance across all product categories and brands.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels, and sales forecasts.
• Develop pricing and promotional strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Oversee accounts receivable, credit exposure, and payment collection.
• Coordinate business activities with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
• Lead and develop the sales team, establish KPIs, and monitor performance.
• Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and management presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Modern Trade/Chain Store Management.
• Proven experience working with major retail chains and distribution networks.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or a similar industry is preferred.

• Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.

• Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution, and inventory management.
• Ability to analyze profitability, sales performance, and market trends.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
