Certification Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Organization and conduct of procedures for mandatory confirmation of product conformity with technical regulations( TR TS 004, TR TS 020, TR TS 32, TR EASE 037) standards, norms and regulations operating in the territory of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union,
• Obtaining a package of mandatory permit documents for the purposes of ensuring import and / or sale in the territory of Kazakhstanand the Eurasian Economic Union,
• Formation and proper storage of a fund of permit documents, test protocols and technical certification packages for each permit document received,
• Publication and notification of employees, whose job is relevant to it, when obtained permit documents,
• Consulting other departments and external customers on confirmation of accordance and technical regulation
• Direct interaction with colleagues and the company's manufacturers to obtain information and documentation necessary for performing the work of mandatory confirmation of product conformity,
• Organization and support of the analysis of the company's production status within the framework of product certification, including (if necessary) direct participation in inspections (audits) of manufacturers together with experts of certification bodies,
• Informing the direct manager and the internal customer about the current status and results of the works,
• Publication of the received permit documents for the manager and all interested departments of the company (product managers, logistics staff and other internal works customers).

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (telecommunication relevant/ certification) or work experience in the field of telecommunicational equipment certification from 3 years,
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts in the field of technical regulation, including normative documents defining the order, procedures and forms of mandatory confirmation of conformity of telecommunication products,
• Proficiency of English at the reading and analysis level of technical documentation, test protocols, business correspondence and knowledge of telephone meetings,
• The ability to react quickly to the situation, be stress-resistant, determined, responsible for the result,
• The advantage may be the availability of certificates of training and the demonstration of successful completed works.
• Ability to independently fulfill work, as well as timely update of internal processed in accordance with local legislation, laws and requirements
