Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail strategy, including store development, retail operations, brand visibility, display standards, FF investment planning, and team management.
- Manage retail GTM activities in alignment with product launches and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and brand presence.
- Oversee retail materials management, including promotional items, demo samples, security devices, uniforms, and other retail assets.
- Lead and manage the Field Force team (Promoters, City Managers, Trainers), including KPI setting, incentive programs, training effectiveness, and ROI optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing
- Practical work experience in the specialty/in a similar position;
- Сonfident user of MS Office programs;
- Fluent knowledge of English, Russian and Uzbek languages
