Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term product direction.

• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and business priorities through customer interactions, research, and data analysis.

• Define MVP scope and continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback, business impact, and market needs.

• Lead product discovery through customer interviews, user research, competitor analysis, and validation of product hypotheses.

• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.

• Define product KPIs and measurable outcomes; monitor product performance, adoption, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.

• Own product delivery end-to-end, from discovery and planning through development, release, and post-launch optimization.

• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, Design, and Analytics within an Agile environment.

• Coordinate with external vendors, technology partners, and third-party integrations when required.

• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership; represent the product internally and externally.

• Present product strategy, roadmap, progress, and performance to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve product experience and business outcomes.

• Identify product, delivery, quality, and compliance risks and drive mitigation and release readiness.

• Continuously improve product quality, delivery processes, user experience, and operational workflows.

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech industy
• Proven experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth.
• Experience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, or business stakeholders.
• Strong experience defining product vision, roadmap, and MVP strategy.
• Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs and making data-driven product decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+.

• Experience building products from scratch (0→1).
• Experience launching MVPs and scaling products.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Card Issuing, or SaaS.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and external vendors.
• Experience leading distributed remote teams.
• Certifications such as PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or similar.
