Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Our client is a leading company in the courier delivery and logistics sector in Kazakhstan, serving both corporate and individual customers through an extensive national delivery network.

The company is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its overall business operations, drive commercial growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure sustainable financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy: Develop and execute the company's business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen its market position.

• Overall Business Management: Lead the company's end-to-end operations and commercial activities, with full accountability for business performance, profitability, and P&L.

• Operational Excellence: Optimize delivery operations, sorting and distribution processes, last-mile delivery, service quality, and cost efficiency.

• Commercial Development: Drive revenue growth, expand the corporate customer portfolio, strengthen key account relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

• National Network Management: Ensure the effective performance of regional branches, operational hubs, delivery infrastructure, and partner networks across Kazakhstan.

• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost control, cash flow, and profitability improvement initiatives.

• Business Transformation and Digitalization: Lead process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational transparency, productivity, and customer experience.

• Leadership and Organizational Development: Build and develop a strong management team, establish clear performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Customer Experience: Improve customer satisfaction, delivery reliability, service standards, and overall service quality.

  Candidate Profile

• Proven senior leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, COO, Commercial Director, or Operations Director within courier services, express delivery, postal services, e-commerce logistics, or a related industry.

• Demonstrated experience managing a large-scale operational business with a nationwide or geographically distributed network.

• Strong financial management expertise, including full P&L responsibility, budgeting, cost optimization, and profitability management.

• A track record of driving business growth, improving operational performance, and implementing strategic initiatives.
