Director of Finance | Marriott International Hotel Experience Required

Antal International Kazakhstan is looking for a Director of Finance for a 5-star hotel in Astana.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience with Marriott International is required.

• Candidates currently working as Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, Financial Controller, Director of Accounting, or Cluster Finance Manager/Controller are welcome to apply.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (minimum 4 years of study).

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial planning, P&L analysis, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

• Proven experience leading a finance team and working closely with senior management.

• English proficiency at C1–C2 level is mandatory, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
