Senior Finance Controller

"LVMH-Perfumes & Cosmetics Kazakhstan" is a division of the French multinational luxury goods concern LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy). Our brands are such historic Houses such as Parfums Christian Dior, Parfums Givenchy and Guerlain, Kenzo, Loewe.

Responsibilities

Planning & Budgeting

• Own full P&L planning and budgeting (sales to operating profit) across 3 Brands, including shared cost control
• Participate in preparation of the three-year business plan

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly financial reporting and Actual vs Budget analysis (by expense type, cost center, and vs prior periods)
• Analyze profitability by client, point-of-sale, activity, and product line
• Prepare presentations for budget meetings and ad-hoc reports for local and HQ teams

Controlling

• Approve budget usage and control costs
• Plan and control fixed assets, including payback calculations
• Support finance manager in consolidation and advanced controlling tasks
• Support internal audit activities

Business Partnership

• Act as financial business partner to local management and Brand teams
• Assist Brand management and finance manager on financial and business projects
• Support onboarding/integration of Finance Controllers for other Brands

Accounting Support

• Ensure accuracy of managerial reporting records, coordinating with accounting and other departments

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Economics
• 3+ years' experience in a Finance department within an international company
• Strong budgeting experience and solid IFRS knowledge (able to explain to Brand HQ and auditors)
• Fluent English (upper-intermediate minimum)
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible and willing to work extra hours to meet reporting and brand deadlines
