The AIFC Innovation Hub is seeking an Innovation Projects Manager to support the development and implementation of strategic innovation initiatives, with a primary focus on the AIFC Data Marketplace and other innovation-driven projects within the AIFC ecosystem. The role combines project management, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and business growth activities, offering an opportunity to contribute to impactful innovation projects and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate innovation-focused projects within the Innovation Hub, with a primary focus on the AIFC Data Marketplace.
- Develop project concepts, business cases, implementation plans, and presentations.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, technology providers, data providers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and business growth.
- Support the development of partnerships and commercial initiatives to enhance the Innovation Hub ecosystem.
- Prepare partnership proposals, commercial documentation, reports, and management submissions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and scaling of innovation projects.
- Conduct market research and monitor trends in innovation, technology, digital platforms, and data ecosystems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, project development, business development, innovation, consulting, or partnership management.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience drafting business, commercial, or partnership documentation.
- Interest in innovation, digital products, technology platforms, startup ecosystems, or data-driven solutions.
- Fluent English and Russian; knowledge of Kazakh is an advantage.
