What should you have?

• A degree in law
• At least 2 years of professional legal experience, including at least 6 months in IT
• An understanding of the software development life cycle and the key legal aspects of software development and maintenance
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to the company’s operations, and the ability to apply them in practice
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• A proactive approach to work and the ability to take the initiative in finding solutions
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

What will you do?

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, including work and service contracts, license agreements, and assignment agreements
• Provide legal support for equipment accounting and tracking within the company
• Provide legal support and maintain records for software development, including activities involving international transactions
• Advise employees on intellectual property matters
• Help prepare documents and implement measures related to personal data protection
• Monitor legislative changes affecting the company’s operations and develop solutions to adapt internal processes accordingly
