Sales and Brand Development Manager (Poland)

We develop brands through online and offline channels, actively growing in retail, marketplaces, and B2B/B2G 🚀

🏬 Offline Retail

• Launching and developing sales in Poland's largest retail chains
• Negotiations with buyers, commercial proposals, supply terms 🤝
• Branding at points of sale: POS materials, demo zones

🏢 B2B / B2G

• Attracting corporate clients: design studios, IT schools, training centers, architects, publishers
• Working with government customers: schools, colleges, universities, digital education centers 🎓
• Participating in tenders and auctions
• Preparing tender documentation 📑
• Supporting deals through to payment and delivery

📊 Analytics and Reporting

• Weekly and monthly KPI analysis: sales, DRR, turnover, conversion
• Demand forecasting and supply planning with logistics
• Reports on sales funnel, campaign effectiveness, ROI

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or B2B/B2G sales (preferably IT, electronics, EdTech, office equipment)
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces and/or PL retailers
• Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making 📊
• Experience with tenders or government customers — a plus ➕
• Responsibility, organization, results orientation 🎯
• Willingness to work in a hybrid format (office + field visits)
• Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets; CRM and 1C — an advantage
• Languages: Polish/English 🗣️
