Network Pre-Sales Engineer

Обязанности:

Meet with prospective customers, understand requirements, field technical questions, and demonstrate capabilities.
Participate in sales conference calls and prospect visits, providing product demonstrations in person and remotely, and working with prospects at both a technical and business level to show how a solution can provide value to them.
Participate as a technical resource at trade shows and conferences, when needed.
Developing network architectures and selecting equipment to meet client requirements.
Participating in pilot projects (PoC) and preparing technical specifications and tender documentation.

Требования:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or a related position
Strong knowledge of network and network security
Experience in Linux/UNIX Windows Servers administration
Knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing IT networks
Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware VSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V
Experience understanding protocols, such as SSL/TLS, CIFS, HTTP/S, DHCP, SMTP, LDAP/S, NFS, SNMP, and DNS
Knowledge of Microsoft AD, Kerberos, LDAP, SSO, SAML, SNMP
Knowledge of switching technologies: VLAN, RSTP/MSTP/RPVST MLAG, LACP, BPDU Filter, BPDU Guard, Port-security, L2-ACL, mac filtering, isolated vlan/port, SPAN, IP Source Guard, VXLAN
Experience in networking concepts and services, such as VPN, PKI, and TCP/IP
Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Experience working with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet equipment
Strong communication skills
English level – intermediate
Network certifications (CCNA, CCNP, NSE4/NSE7, PCNSE etc.)
Technical documentation writing skills
Experience in building and maintaining corporate networks, Data Centers will be a plus
Strong understanding of information security technologies, concepts, and techniques will be a plus
